Tony Moly Mini Berry Lip Balm in Cherry

Hello, it's me again!!!

I am sharing today my Tony Moly Mini Berry Lip Balm in shade 01-Cherry. I bought it last November 2014 and used it for several times already but I can't dare to use it on a daily basis because it's too cute to consume :D 

I've been a fan of Tony Moly products ever since I've tried their Dear Me Petite Cotton Pact and the Baby Doll Pot Concealer. I have requested my friend in Manila to buy it for me since that time Tony Moly wasn't available yet in Cebu. I like Tony Moly products because aside from the very nice and cute packaging, my skin is hiyang with their products and the price is within my budget.

The packaging: the lip balm is inside a mini cherry fruit shaped plastic container which is so adorable!!! it also comes with a white plastic lid with TONYMOLY written on it. Oh I love.. red colored packaging...

Cherry provides a reddish-pink tint which is perfect for those times when I don't want to wear a lipstick but needs a natural tint with moisturizing effects. Other shades are: Green Apple, Tomato, Blueberry and Peach.

What I like about Tony Moly Mini Berry Lip Balm in Cherry:

I love the cute packaging :)

Gives my lips a hint of natural color

I like the natural cherry fruit scent

Moisturize and nourish my lips for 4-6 hours

Soften dead skin on the lips 
Creamy, lightweight and non-sticky formula
I like that it appears semi glossy when worn (I'm not really a fan of glossy types)

Plus points: has SPF 15 PA+ to fight against damaging rays

Travel friendly packaging

Affordable price at P348.00 per 7g product

Reusable container

What I don't like about Tony Moly Mini Berry Lip Balm in Cherry:

Application using of fingers (unhygienic) perhaps they've provided a mini lip brush or spatula/stick.

Definitely yes and will try the other shades.

Hello Kitty Strawberry Kiss Lip Shine

Hi guys!

This post is close to my heart, I'm an avid fan of Hello Kitty stuff ever since I can't remember haha. I collect stuff that has a Hello Kitty design. My eyes sparkles everytime I see HK items. I was very delighted when I got this one as Christmas present from my dear brother and his girlfriend. I'll promise that I'll show you my collections but in a separate post. I'll be sharing today my Hello Kitty Strawberry Kiss Lip Shine.

HK Strawberry Kiss Lip Shine is a candy-flavored lip gloss with slight glitters. Housed inside a Hello Kittty inspired reusable tin. 

Ingredients:

Polybutene, Mineral Oil, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Beeswax, Colours (Mica, Titanium Dioxide), Fragrance, D&C Red NO. 6, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, D&C Red NO. 7, Tocopheryl Acetate.

Warnings: Not for children 3 and under.

When opened, the HK tin is fully filled with the 6g gloss. Other shades are: Ticked Pink and Sugary Plum.

The back portion contains the name of the product which I think was odd (I prefer the name to be place in the front), ingredients list, manufacturer, bar code and others which I can hardly read because it's too small.

Swatch: it's just transparent in color and glitters doesn't really show but smells really good like those of a sweet strawberries.

When worn on my lips :)

What I like about the HK Strawberry Kiss Lip Shine:
Packaging is so adorable :D

It doesn't dry my lips
It's non-sticky
It's light when applied
Very handy to bring - pocket sized
It's affordable (P100++/6g product --- I don't know the exact price as they haven't told me)

Name of product should be written in front of the packaging not in the back portion
No expiry dates
Other writings should be visible enough to read
Didn't find any specific details about the product

Nichido Eye Pencil in Dark Brown

Hello guys...

I am excited to share to you my favorite eye brow pencil so far since I've only used this one and the Maybelline Eyestudio CrayonBrow in Brown :) I used to don't bother about my brows as they were ok and has thick hair. Having my brows shaped and defined was a legacy from my bestfriend, she is really good at doing her brows and she taught us (her friends) to do also our brows. We even had a tutorial on how to fill-in our brows and the proper share that would fit us one noon time break. I wish she's still here with me so we can share more makeup sessions and other kikay stuff!!! I miss her badly...  

Brows help frame our face, and defined brows make us look instantly polished. That's how big the impact of defined brows does!! As for me, I'm still a newbie on this.. I still can't do a very nice arch brows but I am practicing a lot so that one day I'll be having those "ala artista brows".

Nichido Eye Pencil in (#138) Dark Brown at P36.50 - a pencil liner which I use to define and create an arch brows. It's very easy to use and the shade is very blendable.

I guess I've become better in defining my brows compare to my post here. In the photo above: I created a nice arch and it appears more defined!

What I like about the Nichido Eye Pencil:

the pencil is very easy to use

the color is very blendable and buildable 

convenient to bring anywhere last for 8 hours without retouching 

simple packaging
affordable price (its less than P50.00)

                          

What I don't like about the Nichido Eye Pencil:

requires sharpening

definitely yes... I love this pencil...

By the way, I also tried the Benefit Brow Genie to see which brow shape would fit my face :) see the results below: (L-R: Before and After)

   

Do I look good on my brows? It's very defined but I look mataray :)

Product Empties: 1st Half of Year 2015...

Hello guys!

I've kept my product empties for the last six months to share it with you. Most of the products are repurchases and some are first tried ones. I seldom throw away products, I make sure that I finish them off before trying another one :D

Neutrogena Facial Cleanser (100ml) - I've tried other cleansers but I still go back to this one! It is indeed my most favorite cleanser of all time...Will do a review soon!

Atomy Evening Care Foam (40ml) - my first ever evening cleanser... I am inlove with this foam and I'm saving for a full sized one! It's a cleanser and makeup remover in one. It deeply cleanses and hydrates my skin while delicately removing all traces of make-up and surface impurities without clogging my pores. I get super clean, fresh feeling after using it. Plus point is that its 100% organic cleanser.

Gluta C Moringa-O Herbal Facial Toner (100ml) - It's my first time to try Gluta C products. I liked it because it's alcohol free and it cleanses well. It controls oil, pore minimizing and has anti-bacterial properties. It is moisturizing and lightens my skin. It's cheap and I really like the green tea scent! Right now, I'm trying the Gluta C whitening toner (orange color).

Atomy Essence (20ml) - another favorite! This is included in my Atomy Skincare Kit review here. This one is very moisturizing and is 100% organic. 

Shiseido Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate (5ml) - got this from my August 2014 BDJ Box with unboxing post here. This concentrate is for enhancing skin's inherent multi-defensive power against signs of aging, environmental factors and daily stress. I used it during night time and when I woke up my skin feels smoother and made wrinkles less noticeable and my complexion appears to be more glowing. I just wished for a bigger sample like 15ml :D since the full sized one is beyond my budget.

Loreal Revitalift Laser x3 New Skin Anti Aging Cream (5ml) - I also got this one from another BDJ Box: October 2014 with unboxing post here. I've always been a fan of Loreal products and I gladly tried this out. I also used this during night time, the cream smoothen my skin and gave me that re-plumped texture. I would definitely want a full size of this one.

Ponds Flawless White Dewy Rose Gel (10g) - this gel is loved... check my review here.

IN2IT Oil Control & Oil Free Face Powder (7g) - my all-time favorite powder... check out why with my review here.

Maybelline Baby Lips Pink Glow in Baby Pink (4g) - I can't go out without lip balm. It will always be present in my kikay kit :P It makes my lips soft, gives my lips a light pink tint and it smells good.

Vitress Hair Cuticle Coat (15ml) - my hair buddy ever since college days. I liked it because it's super handy and affordable. It gives me a shiny and less frizz hair. It doesn't dry my hair and has a nice scent.

Yves Rocher Eau De Toilette in Vanilla (20ml) - anything vanilla is loved.. I guess I'm addicted to the scent. This one has a strong scent at first splits but wears off to a citrus, soft floral and light vanilla scent.

Vaseline Total Moisture 24H Nourishing Lotion (100ml) - Indeed this lotion is so nourishing. It keeps my skin moisturize and soft without the sticky texture which most lotions have. Its light when applied and doesn't pile up, its kinda absorbed by my skin! 

Human Nature 100% Natural Healthy Lotion in Blossom Beauty (50ml) - I love HN lotions because they smell so good!! My favorite is the Vanilla one but I guess they're not selling it anymore. I wish they will sell it again... This one smells good as well, it smells of flowers. It's 100% natural, lightweight and non-greasy. Its fast-absorbing and gives me all-day moisture without clogging my pores.

Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser (22ml) - haven't tried any other primer aside from this one. Review here...

Pantene 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner Total Damage Care 10 (180ml) -  This is love at first use!!! The scent alone will let me buy it na plus the effects on my hair is really amazing. my hair became shinier and smooth. Frizz doesn't show much and split ends disappeared. It's truly a miracle conditioner!

Myra Vita White Whitening Hand and Body Lotion (50ml) - aside from Vaseline and HN lotions, I also like Myra lotions because it's light when applied and non-greasy. Plus point is that it is has SPF15. Though I didn't see any whitening effect after use.

Human Nature Feminine Wash in Chamomile Cool (50ml) - I'm a fan of any organic products and this HN wash is super liked. It's very gentle and I love the cooling effect after rinsing. It's affordable too.

Human Nature 100% Natural Safe Block (50g) - the Philippines' First 100% Natural Suncreen that blocks 93% of all skin-burning UVB rays and armors skin against aging UVA rays with SPF 15 PA+++. Review here.

Safeguard Hand Sanitizer (59ml) - aside from it has Vitamin E it's just a typical hand sanitizer, nothing fancy at all.

Atomy Toothpaste (50g) - an organic toothpaste with review here.

Maybelline White Superfresh Powder Foundation in Nude Beige

Hi everyone!

Today, I am going to review Maybelline White Superfresh Powder Foundation in Nude Beige which I bought last March and will be hitting pan soon as I am using this every single day... I only bought the refill because I don't need a huge touchup powder that will occupy a space in my kit, I'm not really a fan of sponge applicator as I always use brushes and will not be needing another mirror as I am carrying a cute mirror with me. All said haha! I'm contented with the refill one.

Maybelline White Superfresh is a no touchup powder foundation that promises 12 hours fresh, fair and matte skin. With breakthrough Clean Touch Technology, enriched with Mineral Perlite for maximum oil absorption. Sweat and oil are instantly absorbed leaving skin fresh and radiant. It also has SPF 34 PA+++ that blocks UVB and UVA rays.

Since I don't have the full version of the powder, I grabbed one from Maybelline's page  for comparison. The full version has a big mirror and sponge but the refill has only the sponge.

The refill powder is in a white plastic lightweight packaging. It's sleek, elegant and neat!

My shade is in Nude Beige - a light beige with pinkish undertone which appears lighter on my skin but looks good once blended and absorbed. Other shades available are: Natural, Honey and Sand Beige.

 After 10 hours: my face still looks good but my nose and forehead area is oily na.

What I like about White Superfresh Powder Foundation: 
- Powder is very smooth and fine

- Texture is dry but not chalky

- Melts nicely in my skin once absorbed

- Kept my face oil free for 8 hours (working hours)
- It doesn't give a white cast
- It has SPF 34 PA+++ to fight against UVB and UVA rays

- The packaging is elegant, sleek and lightweight

- I didn't experience any breakouts

- Paraben free 
- Contains no strong frangrance

- Doesn't clog my pores 

- With a sturdy sponge (though I don't use it)
- Very affordable price of P299.00 for the full size and P199.00 refill size

  (I started using my refill compact since March 2015 and is still using it till now) 

- Available locally

 
What I don't like about White Superfresh Powder Foundation: 
- doesn't stay in for 12 hours ( I oiled up at 10 hours)

- limited to 4 shades only 

Will I repurchase?

Of course yes!
